She helped start and publish the first national magazine for women motorcyclists. She has written extensively for motorcycle magazines in the U.S. and Japan, and has been recognized nationally for her contributions to the motorcycling community. Cris entered the world of children's books in an effort to convey her love of motorcycling to the younger set. Her unique story along with Jamiol's lavish illustrations brings the dream of motorcycling alive for any child who reads this award-winning book.
Paul Jamiol is an artist, illustrator and award-winning political cartoonist. He has been active in the world of motorcycling for 40 plus years. Paul's artwork has been seen in several national and regional motorcycle publications. His political cartoons can be seen regularly in a number of New England area newspapers. Paul is also the creator of the Original Classic Motorcycle Calendar©.
Cris and Paul's work on Patrick Wants To Ride is an effort to introduce youngsters to the wonders of motorcycling in a positive way.
